How to dunk two handed-the training that's involved?

i've dunked a volleyball, women's basketball, a flat men's, and one time a men's. all were one handed though. i did plyometric traing somewhat and i saw results.

  1. The most important thing is strengthening your legs and your core.  Plyometics are a great way to increase your jumping ability.  When I was younger I had some jumpsoles and also I used plyometric boxes.  I think that also free weights like squats are really useful.  Besides that, the actual dunking part is cake.  Have fun...
