How to dye a guy's hair?

Question

My boyfriend wants me to bleach the tips of his hair blonde, and then dye them pink. But his hair is pretty short, and doesn't stick up. It lays flat against his head, and has a slight wave to it. Any suggestions? :) Thanks.

Hard.. Maybe do something interesting with tin foil and hair grips? It could work.

yes wet it first towel dry it then it will be stuck up but warn him the pink wont stay on long it soon fades
