  1. For me caffeine always works, and something with a lot of carbonation (fountain soda), taking a nap or getting fresh air. If you can get someone to rub your temples or the back of your neck, that might help too.  


  2. Warm bath, cold compress on forehead' something sugary..or orange juice. Coffee if you drink it.     2.eat someting light. (granola bar etx.)

    3.take a nap

    4.masage your temples lightly with fingertips

    5.take advil

    6.stay away from noisy places

  5. Try head-on, it's a rub-on type medication. I was really skeptical at first, but it does seem to work. I get headaches almost everyday and was tired of taking pills so figured it'd be worth a try. Good Luck!
