How to easily convert large numbers of songs?

I have about 400 songs, all mp3, and i want to convert them all. they are all kept in different files within one big "Music" file and the problem i have is that my current converter is making me open each file and upload each song individually and it takes to long. i either need a converter i can just drop my "Music" folder in to convert all songs or some other way of telling my computer to convert all the songs.

Ok, You can use "Ctrl+A" to select all the songs in the "Music" folder, then drag and drop them to your music converter.
