  1. Eat as much as you can stand, keep some yogurt nearby.  You will build a tolerance overtime, but food should be spiced so you can enjoy it.  No point if your mouth is on fire and is burning, enjoy your food!

  2. have 10 liters of ice cold water next to u.

  3. If you want to eat spicy food you just have to start off slow. Try something like spicy chicken at Popeyes or KFC then add some Tobasco sauce, and so on.

Go on to try peppers (use the internet to identify which ones are on the more milder scales).

Or you can be like me, and jump into it by eating this pepper dish my grandmother makes (ethnic Chinese food). Try not to drink something for a while to have your taste buds get burnt (but it'll get use to it). Eventually you can tackle most things without a problem lol.

  4. eat spicy food a lot, and sooner or later you'll get used to the heat. it's also healthy, so i eat it a lot =] don't drink water, it spreads the heat around your mouth. the best thing is to have any dairy or bread (milk, yogurt, ice cream, any type of bread). good luck!

  5. start with tapatio.its a good hot sauce.next time you make oriental food, use some sweet chili thai sauce on your egg rolls.also rotelle green chilis in diced tomatoes has just enough kick to not kill you,but still taste good.when you get used to that, you can start putting some habaneros in your food.now thats some hot stuff!

  6. That stuff burns twice, if you get my drift.

  7. practice practice practice 20 gallons of ice water 10 cups of ice and winter or a cold place

  8. Water is not useful in alleviating heat. Keep a bowl of plain rice/ bread handy to chew on when you eat something hot.

Also milk works better to cool the palette than water. Avoid soda's and carbonated drinks it's worse than water even when it's sweet.

If it gets too spicy mix in yogurt/ cream.

  9. begin little by little you dont wanna start eating alot of it, try small portions first and always have cold water!! (milk works better but idk if itll taste better) b/c pop/soda makes it worst! then each time you eat more!

  10. Have lots of milk, bread, and crackers. And it helps if the actual food is hot right out of the oven, like as hot as you can stand it. Milk and bread are the best for taming spiciness.

  11. You need to eat it a few times before the real hottness kinda goes away, but you will have a soar butt for a few days. My brother started eating pickled jalapenos with his meals and after a few days he could eat em and eat em like nothing. He later went to very hot salsas. He complained about bad heart burn and a sore bottom but he likes spicy food.

  12. if u dont like it y u wana eat it

if u wana learn jus eat it alot

  13. If you don't think you can stand the heat, then don't eat it. And, if you must eat it, get over the heat. There's no secret to deal with the heat of a spicy food. Unless you want to drink a glass of milk with every dish to help with the heat. Good luck =]

  14. I trained myself by eating scrambled eggs with hot sauce. I kept a bowl of yoghurt on the side to douse the heat in my mouth.  Go to Indian restaurants and ask for mild curries, then gradually ask for hotter dishes. It's just a matter of getting used to it over time.

  15. Most mexican restaurant have lime or lemons... they like to sprinkle lemon or lime on their food to help with the burning.  Try that....

  16. Start slow. Do not force yourself to eat the really hot stuff. Soon your system will adjust to the spiciness.

When I was a kid, I could not stand chili either. I learned to love spicy food very late in life. Today, there's always a bottle of Tabasco and a jar of chili peppers in vinegar next to our dining table.

    Be patient. Good luck.

  17. Try it with milk or yogurt.

  18. Alway have some cool cucumber, yogurt or sweet raisin/crasins nearby. I am training myself by eating hot salsa and chips.

  19. eat it more often.

then you'll get used to it

  20. start with mild hot sauce, like Crystal and eat some bread along  with  whatever you are eating with hot stuff on it

  21. Well, if you come across something spicy and want your mouth to stop burning, drinking cold water is actually one of the worst things to do; the liquid will just spread the heat throughout your mouth and make it burn more. The best things to do to cut the heat are either to take a bite of something mild and starchy (i.e. rice) or drink some milk.

  22. Start with mild peppers and work up.  Dairy products such as milk help with heat.  Water, etc. does no good .
