How to eat the most at an all you can eat wing night.?

Does anybody have any tips on how to eat more at an all you can eat wing night. I heard before if you eat a meal 3 hours before you go, it helps so you can eat more. Not sure if its true. My record is 55, but I am looking to surpass that today and am looking for any tricks like that anyone might have.

  1. Dont eat the bones.

    Seriously though. Dont starve yourself, this shrinks your stomach. Eat a light breakfast, something that wont upset your stomach. If it is at night, just eat a light lunch instead of breakfast


  2. You need to eat during the day but sparingly, don't starve yourself or you will quickly bloat at the wing, also, pace yourself, give yourself ten minutes or so between dishes, and take sips of water at regular intervals during the meal, and you will be surprised at how much food you will get through. Iv'e done a few of these, trust me !.
