How to edit my avatar?

i once followed an answer given here on how to show my full avatar.i did it but i think i've done something wrong.my avatar is not clear and is smaller than the one others use.i used the cropping website for the picture cropping but i don't think it actually worked...

help.i'll appreciate it if you give me a picture editor website that is very easy to use.thanks in advance.

  1. You shold sign in yahoo,then go to yahoo avatars and change your avatar in different tabs.
