How to emigrate from New York to Cardiff, Wales?

My husband and I aren't eligible for working holiday because we're from the states and we don't seem to have enugh points for this new Tier 1 scheme. How do we get about going over there? We want to move in two years time.

You could go as a student or take up a profession that is sought after like teaching.  Also, if you can find a company to hire you, you can get permission to move there.
