My computer gives a message that the task manager has been disabled by the administrator...How to fix this problem?..How to enable task manager?

You have a trojan taking over your pc. Try running a free antivirus software. Avast will allow you to download its software for free for home use. Once installed avast will ask if it can run a bootup scan, select yes then reboot. It will scan for viruses and trojans before the pc itself boots up.
