I'm SUCH A PROCRASTINATOR. It's ridiculous. I really want to succeed at my writing. Not succeed but get it done wholeheartedly. I'm procrastinating on everything in my life. Since it's summer, I've been SO LAID-BACK. I stay up till 5, wake up by 3. It's been a cycle for 3 weeks now. How can stop procrastinating and get up and do something? I want to be more independent. college is just around the corner and I can't slack my whole life. What are some advice to finishing everything you begin?

  1. The best way I found to stop a habit like this is to simply make a list.  Make a "to do" list of everything you want to get done each day.  By seeing the tasks written down in front of you, and then crossing them off when you have done each one; you gain a sense of accomplishment.  Good luck!

  2. Procrastination is a natural tool of human creatures system  as a response to something you don't like. It means that procrastination is equal with resistance, be you know it or don't, recognize it or not. When the procrastination becomes permanent , it is a signal that you are profound unsatisfied and your energy  is "blocked".

To unlock your pleasure of living you need one single ingredient: more oxygen to your brain. The obstacles to effective cure cannot be overcome without help from your brain .Start by breathing slowly and deeply 20-40 times each morning and every night, and you'll see soon a change. Now take  one single thing that can bring you the most satisfaction if you will finish it and do it to the end without hesitation or any distraction. You will gain time, needed satisfaction and self-confidance

A day or two , before you begin, prepare yourself mentally for what I say here and challenge your will for the beginning.

Drink a lots of mineral water  to regain a mineral balance of your blood and cells and it start right now, before you lose your strength.

It is only you who have been ignoring important things you like, because of too much worries and mental noise.

How wonderful would it be to begin seeing real, measurable results?

Think about it a moment. This isn't a dream. It may be your reality tomorrow if you want

    Good luck

  3. UMM WELL I am in the same boat but i have found out that if you stay up for 24 hours and then go to bed early the next night until you develop a set time it is easier to get up during the morning hours of the day as for not doing what you need to do. Well quit being lazy!!!!! get your day going and just DO IT!! even if ya don't wanna!!!! Sometimes you have to push to make yourself do something before you actually get the mojo going right!!!
