How to erase all data from a Blackberry?

i have a blackberry 7100i that i just bought off somebody on ebay. but they didnt erase all the data on the phone, how do i erase all the data like contacts, call logs, pictures, passwords, all of the phone? like a total reset of the phone, taking it back to default settings??

its a nextel blackberry

the seller that i got it from is terrible, wont respond to my questions!

The seller is terrible because that's probably a stolen phone.
