How to escape from bandwidth limit provided by ISPs?

I have a internet connectivity plan in which 2.5 GB is provided monthly.Is there any that i can surf the net but ISPs would find me that i am not on the net.

  2. Yes but it takes some effort and would be possible only with a laptop with built in wireless card.   There are "hot spots" where wireless is available unprotected and anyone can sit in their car or wherever and use it.  

    Beyond that however trying to exceed the limit for which you are paying is called theft of services and can have very unpleasant results.   Simpler solution keep track of your usage and get a larger plan if you need it.
