  1. You mean hamstrings?   Squats, GHRs, good mornings, many deadlift variations, leg curls. . . . .  umm i feel like im missing something else but you can start with your pick of those.


  2. doing cleans ( which is the first movement in the clean and jerk 4 weightlifting) is a really good way u used you're whole leg but mainly the part behind and your *** aswell light weight and high reps at a good pace should burn fat down there and build strength while your at it

  4. what is your goal?  is it cottage cheesy?  you have to reduce overall body fat for that ...  swimming, running, aerobics ....

    are you just lifting and want to know how to target that area?  the gyms have machines where you push down with that part of your leg ...  martial arts work that area with various kicks and squats /bob-and-weave-movements  ...  you can lay on your stomach and raise your legs and kick as if in a pool ....
