  1. Just say that it was an uncomfortable atmosphere.

  2. YOU ARE HARSSED?

    CALL T POLIT BUREAU

    FOR HELP

    GET A HELPING HAND

    FRUM TEH POLIT BUREAU

    UND SALUITE TO GOOD HEALTH

  3. Dont use that word yourself. Find other reason. Like health problem, mother was in sic, etc.

Dont allow them to make u a many questions. ie you have to give more expalnations/answer for a simple questions. So that they do not have more time to question you.

    Ok?

  4. Never use that word.  A prospective employer will assume you are a complainer (even if that isn't true and it was harassment).  Employers hear that word and think trouble that they do not want to take on.  If you use negative words about your last job, they will wonder how long it will take you to get a chip on your shoulder and start complaining about them.

If you resigned, simply say you resigned because it wasn't a good fit for you, and then immediately discuss why you think this new job is a great match for you.  Talk positively about what you will do for them.  If you were fired, you probably have to admit that, but answer that the job wasn't a good fit, and (most important) this is what i learned from the experience and what I would do differently next time.

If you have a friend with an authoritative voice, you may want to have him/her call your former employer, have them pretend they are considering hiring you, and ask for a reference and find out what the old job says about you.  It's a little sneaky, but if all they will give out is name/title/dates of employment, then that is good to know, and you can be as brief in your interviews when you describe your work there.

    Good luck.

  5. when I read that I kind of thought it was you harassing other people. Just say you were bothered by other employees.

  6. Don't use that word. If you have a local workforce center, or a professional center, where they help with resume' writing and job interviews, seek their advice on this. Especially BECAUSE you are in a small town. Look on the Department of Labor website, too. There are many useful job seeking tips there.
