How to extend my OPT?

How to extend my OPT??... I heard its possible.

Since OPT (Optional Practical Training) is supposed to be part of your educational program, you are supposed to finish your training within the visa term allotted for the first assignment.  Your school would have to verify that your training period is not completed, and that this is standard training, standard procedure for your occupation.  

You need to go home.  The student visa was granted on the condition that you return home immediately upon completion or termination of your studies.  You got exceptional privileges to be allowed to stay for OPT.  Now it is time to take your education home and put it to work.  That's why you were allowed in to begin with -- to help develop your own country.  That is the real justification for allowing any foreign students to come here.  A student visa is not a shortcut to immigration or a way to get around immigration regulations.
