and there are 1 trillion cells in a human body. In each cell there is a DNA copy.

how can you make the change in all cells??

Increasing the expression of telomerase (the enzyme that is responsible for building the telomeres during DNA replication) has been shown to increase lifespan in fruit flies and mice.  

Since our DNA codes for telomerase and our cells make it, if you could figure out a way to insert an extra gene for it into gametes, then all cells of an individual would carry it.  The problem is that too much telomerase has been shown to lead to cancer.
