How to extract an "RU" file?

Ok, so this is an updated version of a question that i had before, only last time people ignored me and gave me an answer that I told was NOT a solution. WINRAR and 7ZIP DO NOT SOLVE THIS, so don't say they do. The problem:

I have a file that has been archived into 21 parts. This is where it gets weird...

files 1-4 are normal .zip archives, in which they go 001, 002, 003, and 004. Parts 5-21 are identified as "RU files". I extract file number 1 and it takes files 1-4 and expands them into a 400mb RU file that has the same title as the RU files from 5-21. So I try and extract this one, but I keep getting errors. Wtf? I'm totally lost.

  1. These are file extensions and are associated with a program

  2. RU files are JavaSoft JRE 1.3 Library files.. They are made for JAVA developers for software, how you got these files I have no clue but they open with the Java Library software

    Google Java 1.3 Runtime Environment

  3. Well if it changes the titles from 1-4 to the same as 5-21, it could already be the extracted forms of the files, however, if they aren't, then try using this RSS coding Extractor
