Question:

How to fall asleep faster.?

I have trouble falling asleep.

don't get me wrong, I do have a busy day.

But It just annoys me that I go to bed and just lay there for a couple of hours. I dont drink any coffee or caffeine drinks.

any ideas?

  1. I believe that going to sleep is some what a form of meditation.  I'm sure that we can all agree that we fall asleep when we're all empty minded, so the best advice is to relax and not worry to much about whats going to happen the next day!


  2. i heard of a trick before and it works pretty well

    so, lie on your back, close your eyes

    then, start from your toes, think this to yourself: my toes are very tired, i need to sleep, repeat as needed

    then move up to different parts of your body and continue thinking

    and before you knew it, you're asleep

  3. if you've been trying to sleep for more than half an hour, you should do something else to get your mind tired. you can watch tv, read, don't go on the internet though. it'll just get you awake even more.

  4. the temperature in the room your sleeping in may be to hot or to cold and you don't no about it .

    Try and not to have a shower/bath before you go bed this will not help at all

    have a drink before you go bed that helps sometimes but if you still cant get to sleep and your getting frustrated try reading or watch tv hope i helped.
