How to fall asleep sooner....?

Every night for about the past 2 weeks I've been going to sleep at 11:00. I can't fall asleep any sooner because I'm not tired. Once school starts I will have to get up at 5:30 and I personally need at least 9 hours of sleep. How do I fall asleep sooner? Anything that will relax me and make me tired? And I'm not going to drug myself. lol

  1. If you really want to get to sleep, listen to calming music before going to bed or do more exercise in the daytime. Night Nurse (<<extreme solution) and herbal/calming teas are also recommended. Horlicks is tasty and helps you get to sleep :)


  2. Buy Melatonin, it is by the vitamins. It is a natural aid. Or there is "sleepy time" tea.  

  3. buy Melatonin it works. read a boring book itll make u fall asleep.

    So when i think its time i just

    Lay down turn everything off

    In my room -computer light

    Tv etc.- & i put my countryy

    Cd on & just lay there listenin

    To it & it works sooo good!

    You should try it & if not country

    Then r&b or wutever
