How to feel good????/ and not worrying al the time?

  1. A. you may have anxiety which is very common and very treatable. If it Is anxiety, you should talk to a doctor about some medications. I have found that I did not have to take meds for long to feel better and had no trouble or side effects coming off of them...

    B.If it is not clinical anxiety and you are just a worrier, just take a breath whenever you feel the worry creeping up. Tell yourself that worrying will not help the situation any - because it won't - it will just make it worse. Think of what you have that makes you happy - mine used to be my kitty. And make yourself some goals that you believe will make you feel happier. Use these goals as something to work towards and whenever you feel crummy and worried, think about how good it will feel when you finally accomplish these goals.


  2. Start writing. Just scribble down what you're freaking out about at the moment, and get it out of your head. Eventually, you'll realize that worrying does nothing at all except make the problem seem bigger.

    Then start getting involved in things, and get busy. Work out to get the happy-feeling endorphins rushing through.

    It's ok to worry, scream, or even cry sometimes. We don't want you to be made of stone! Just try to balance it all out.
