  1. act confident but not to much you don't wanna be called a *****, if this is your second year then you should have no worries you already know these people just have fun High school is only 4yrs make the most of it

  2. look confident, smile, be friendly.

it's a new school year, and it's your new fresh start!

  3. Bullying is also a cry for help from those that do it - they are also feeling a lot of pain, and want to pass it on to others. My heart is with you in this situation.

I can tell you how to fix this - but you have to trust me that this does work.

Your feelings of negative emotions (fear, dread, sick etc) are attracting more negative energies of the same.

You have to break this cycle, and it takes a bit of effort, but if it is fixed - it will be worth it, won't it?

I want you to change the way of your thinking. I want you to change ALL your thoughts to positive ones - this will then attract other positives things that will change around you.

I know your first reaction is - what is positive about my situation at the moment? Well, I want you to write down a long list (at least 20) of all the positive things about school.

Maybe "I love my friends I have at school"

"I am so lucky to be able to have an education"

"I have enough food and drink at school"

"I am able to walk around the school as I have good arms and legs"

"I am lucky to be able to hear the teacher as I have good hearing"

    etc., etc.

There are many if you think deeply about it.

Then, do not allow ANY negative thoughts stay in your mind - change them immediately to positive thoughts. Read your list when the fear creeps back in. Keep it up - day and night, do not let up and your feelings will change, and your circumstances around you will change.

Then watch the friendships grow. As this grows, your self confidence will grow, as you see just how clever and nice you are.

Once you can see you are a really nice person, (and you are) others will see that you are also.

    You are loved by many.

The power is in your hands - not others.
