How to fetch real time stock price data from BSE/NSE India?

Question

I am wondering if there is some free API/paid service provided by stock exchanges in general (NSE/BSE India specifically) to get real time stock/Mutual fund/Derivatives data from them.

I believe popular finance sites must be reading data programmatically from major stock exchanges in the world.

I know Yahoo Finance allows to get stock data in csv format. Firstly this adds time delay. Secondly, I am not sure about its licensing.
