  1. krav maga is the best with some of the most butish strikes out of any matial art

  2. buy a mouth guard. don't fight. learn to block. have "no mind" (which means don't pay attention to anyone else besides the person your fighting-those of you who saw the last samurai know what i mean.)

  3. Visit a Zen or Buddhist temple and ask for instructions on how to meditate.

Wanna know what makes a natural athlete natural?

They were born with good muscles, a healthy imune system, and an even healthier nervous system.  Because their bodies are in top working order, its easy for them to relax and focus.  This is especially true of black folks.

The key to meditation, is relaxation, and the key to relaxation, is deep breathing.  Because black dudes (at least of west african ancestry) generally have a naturally better developed muscle structure, and because the hot, thin air of Africa led to better lung development, they can take in more oxygen per breath than most people.  This allows them to relax faster, oxygenate their muscles to generate explosive strength better, and most crucially of all, focus.

The only way to make up the difference if you are not black, or you are among the unfortunate few black people not blessed this way, is to visit a Zen or Buddhist temple and receive formal training on how to breathe.

The true secret of top athletes, is their naturally superior health and robustness, which because their nervous system is in better health, they can focus better on what they are doing.  If they have a particular love for a sport, and as they say "time flies when you have fun," it is that much easier to focus.

For the rest of us though, we may not be blessed with perfect, vigorous health, or a solid muscle structure, so the only way to make up the difference, is to learn how to meditate.  Thing is though it has to be combined with fitness; the Dalai Lama for example, isn't going to be able to deftly avoid the blows of, oh, Floyd Mayweather.  Not that Mayweather would attack the Dalai Lama I'm just saying....

The man does not look to be in that good of a physical condition, because obviously leaving Tibet has softened him some.  Most Tibetan Lamas his age are often in fantastic shape, arguably from the hard, primitive life they lead.  His focused mind, combined with that level of, er, "fitness," WOULD allow him to deftly dodge someone like Mayweather.

However a focused mind without a fit body is, well, pretty useless when trying to survive a physical assault.  And vice a versa though; even if you made Arnold 30 years younger, he would not survive an onslaught from Mayweather.  Hey, lets just make it someone from Arnold's time; he would not survive an onslaught from Leonard.  Obviously enough because focus for bodybuilding, is not the same as focus for attempting to attain Buddhahood.  Although ironically enough, the discipline and principles of bodybuilding may become a necessity in the future practice of any religion for spiritual fulfillment.

I like monk Yang Ming, because his religion, makes him fit.  He is both an authority of Buddhism, but he also has a six pack.

How many Rabbis, Priests, Imams or Mullah's have a six pack?

    Food for thought.

  4. stab, stab, run.

  5. Ask your Dad. Any Older Boy Cousin ,Your Uncle,Or Try to take boxing lessons, Or Ask Someone you Know That Know How To Fight Well

  6. easy answer, buy a mouth guard or dont get hit

  7. Krav maga. or "dirty" fighting; nut kicks, eyepokes, throat strikes. theres no rules in a street fight. nothings dirty. S**t id thro sand in his eyes and kick his nuts if it was me. wats he gonna say? "cheater" ill do it again. him and his buddies.

  8. I think you should start working out so you could beef up and no one would fck wit u after that.

  9. wear a mouth guard and dont get hit is a good way to avoid it.

why dont you start doing some martial arts training what do you think you will get out of asking "how to fight better" no one can tell you how to improve apart from dont get hit because all we know is that you got hit in the face.

  10. Are you training? Who are you fighting?

Knowledge comes from study. But wisdom on how to use that knowledge come from experience. Begin training, or increase your training. Spar with others at your level, then increase. It's simple really, but allot of hard work.
