How to file Chargeback with MasterCard

I will be calling MasterCard to file a chargeback. I'd like to know what kind of questions they will be asking over the phone. Anyone have any experience?

I'm disputing a Hotel charge that I did not make.

  1. You just tell them it was fraudulent and you are not liable for it. They contact the company and get the money back.  

    They will get the slip and match the signatures and find out they don't match and refund it
