Do you also live in Korea? If not then no one in your country is going to care. And just out of curiousity...why do you care? Is she forcing her childern into slavery or child marriage? I think there are more important things to worry about.

If she married more than one man then she is legally a bigamist and you would report it to the local police. If she is married to one man who also has another wife then you report HIM to the police, not her.

This must be done locally as US authorities have no jurisdiction unless one or both parties is American or unless they live on a US military/diplomatic facility.

Why would you want to do that???!!!  I suppose you can contact the local authorities in Korea and report her.  But, shouldn't you be reporting the husband instead?
