How to find Japanese roommate on internet?

I want a japanese friend. Actually i want a japanese roommate here in new delhi or in Noida. No matter whether he or she. He should be interested in learning english/hindi. And for info i am interested in learning japanese asap. As i am a s/w professional so i do't have time to attend any class even on weekends.

well, u could put a papar saying that u want a japanese roommate on an information board somewhere (community center or universities around ur home).

japanese guys are s**y but  your question should be in the area of languages.. I think so.. if you want a cultural exchanged.. or maybe go to the area of japan in english..travel
