How to find Premier League starting lineups?

Is there anywhere that I can find starting lineups each week for Premier League games?

You can either wait and check 20minutes before each game on www.bbc.co.uk or you can look here to see the latest team news:

Go to the bottom where it says Club News. You won't find the proper line-up because the manager submits the team a few hours leading to kick off. However eurosport have a lineup for every team that they suggest might be the starting team:
