How to find a 30 day weather prediction for a specific city?

I need a weather predicition for june 21st and the weather channel only go up to 15 days. ive done this before but i can't remember how i found it. please help. im looking for Toms River, NJ

Go to Yahoo.com then click weather on the right hand side. the next web page would ask for your zip code, type it in and it would have a 7 day outlook. then on top. it would say yesterday, today, tomorrow and so on. the last is month. click on it and it would show a 30 day weather prediction.

Edit: the first answerer alrealdy said that...and Baseball is right, one month in advance will just be speculations based on averages.

For Toms River, NJ, the average hi is 82 and the average low is 59 for June 21st (with records of 95-43).

I will help you make a prediction for June 21st

Look up the climate information or averages for June 21st..  now write on small pieces of paper every degree from 15 below to 15 above the average high temp.  Now put them all in a hat.  Draw one piece of paper...  this will be the high temperature.

Now repeat with the low temperature.

As for cloud cover and precipitation, put the numbers 1-10 in a hat.  Draw two numbers.  The first number is the total areal coverage of cloudiness with 10 being overcast.  The second number is the probability of rain, again with 10 being 100%.  

There you have it.  This method will be just as accurate as trying to find a forecast for June 21st over 3 weeks in advance.
