How to find a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (dog) in Switzerland?

I am from Dubai, UAE. I'm currently here in Crans-Montana, Switzerland for the summer holiday. I've been trying to get a Cavalier for a while now, but it's just impossible to find one in Dubai. As Switzerland is a very dog-oriented country, I was wondering why not find a Cavalier here in Switzerland and take one back with me. I am definitely looking for a purebred reputable breeder. In Dubai, they must be 4 months old and cost ($3269) to import = too much!

So, anyone can help me find the closest breeder to Crans-Montana, Switzerland?

St-Bernard is THE real Swiss dog.  Try to get this, and if you get lost, you won't have to be worry.
