How to find a cdl job

I graduated from a cdl driving school.

I have more than three tickets in three years,so it is hard for me to find a job,can I do owner operator if I can buy a truck?will it be easier to be a owner operator?but how to find the loads, is the owner of the loads

willing to give the loads to a driver without any experience?is it some agents or brokers in this occupation?

  2. Since you have no experience, and a lousy driving record, You can not be picky. You might try smaller local companies. The pay will be lousy, but since you have no experience your options will be limited.

    What made you think getting a cdl would be a good thing, when you have a bunch of tickets on your record? Before you can get a really good driving job you will need to clean up your act. For the next three to five years, obey all laws, don't get any tickets. Only time and good behavior can clean your record.
