How to find a cheap flight to france?

I need to get to france ASAP but all tickets from NY/MIA or CUR are 1300+!! thats ridiculous! how can I find a better deal?

Be flexible about departure dates and you will get better options.

Try http://www.bookingbuddy.com which will search many consolidators for you, as well as for best offers direct from airlines.  Consolidators are usually cheaper for transatlantic flights in peak-season.  

Also, try nearby airports.  I searched Newark to Paris and see $686 r/t total with Air India.  I see this fare available many days in June and July.  You should be able to book it direct from Airindia.com or via Bookingbuddy (the link I made for you).
