How to find a company's reports at www.sec.gov? NEED HELP?

I am looking for the 2005 annual Form 10k reports of Wallgreen's and CVS so i can find there income statments and balance sheets from that year. this is a home work assiment i have for class but I can't located these forms to get my home work done.

  1. The first thing to do is get the company name right.

    WALGREEN CO  

    SIC: 5912  - RETAIL-DRUG STORES AND PROPRIETARY STORES

    CVS is a bit more complicated.  The SEC lists 7 different companies with CVS in their names.  Looking at the company web site reveals that the correct name to use is CVS Caremark.

    Go to www.sec.gov and go to the second group in the first column.  Click on "Search for company filings".  Enter the name and SIC code (5912) and patiently scroll through the data until you find what you need.
