How to find a family member free?

I'm trying to find my oldest daughters uncle, who resides in Tennessee. But when I go to the white pages and yellow pages, you have to pay. Is there anyway to find a relative, and try to get in touch with them free of charge, atleast get some kind of e-mail, to leave a message?

First use Zabasearch.com  put in : name & state.Hit zabasearch.Check ALL names,info may be out dated but that is ok. Write down ALL info that looks right. Now go to TOP of page that says "intelis.." click that on just so you can see what other info they have, write it down. Now go to : White pages.com make sure it is the one with the purple back ground.Put in his name & state see if he comes up. If he doesn't then do a reverse search on white pages with the info from zabasearch,this also may kick out a number that went unlisted.
