A friend of mine is on probation. The assigned probation officer for the embezzlement conviction of my white friend is an African American female and has a real attitude. She told the judge on record that " This white girl belongs in jail" even though she was already sentenced. She has brought her back into court for violating probation SEVEN times. My friend has complied to the letter with every court order, documented by the court, and has been found innocent of every violation. But this probation officer is relentless and told the judge it would be okay if she was to at least lose her job, plus the probation that was sentenced in the first place, and that going to jail for 30 days would make that happen. The judge has repeatedly reprimanded her in court for her outrageous behavior. She's like the Monica Conyers of probation officers. (Goggle Monica Conyers and you will see I mean) My probation officially ended today, but because she has claimed I have once again violated; I'm stuck. This has cost her thousands of dollars in legal fees, lost work, and an incredible amount of stress and anxiety... AND SHE DIDN'T VIOLATE THIS TIME EITHER! Can she sue for the additional cost's that have unjustly accrued? If so, how does she find a TRULY SKILLED FEARLESS lawyer because this is against the richest county in (Mi) Michissippi. Thuggery is THE rule in this town...and her probation officer is a borderline thugette to begin with RULES ( I'm in the Detroit area- goggle mayor of Detroit) ) and I'm a bit nervous about it.

  1. Best thing you can do is contact some lawyers and go for consultations.....see what they say and if there is a case there to be had.
