How to find a guide/assistant in Managua Nicaragua?

Question

I wil be traveling to Managua Nicaragua in Dec 2007 and I am looking for an English/Spanish speaking person to help show me around the city and to help locate and look at different rental properties.

This trip is a research trip for a move to Managua in Feb/March of 2008 and I want to get t know the city a little and have an area picked out to look for house assuming that I don't find one on this trip.

If you have a real estate company in mind set something up with them. Most real estate companies provide those types of services. Aside from that, December is a perfect month to come here, all the December festivities will be going on (La Purisima, La Griteria, fire works on Christmas and New Years). I also agree with Juan2three, i am a member on NicaLiving and most of the members reply quickly with really good and precise answers, most are U.S. ex-pats living in Nicaragua.
