How to find a mannequin?

Question

I work in a charity shop and we need a mannequin, preferably with a head. Got any ideas where to look for one. Must be free or at least cheap as we don't have much in petty cash.

jump into m&s with a balaclava and an air pistol, scream"i'm taking the mannequin, don't flippin stop me" and run with it through your local shopping precinct. cost=free, plus a nice floral dress for sale which cost you nowt!

You could try Freecycle or write to a couple of department stores and see if they would donate one.  Most larger stores make charity donations, but only if approached in writing.
