Hi.

Is there a way to find what a person has changed her name to if the court records of the name change are sealed?

  1. If she wanted you to find her, she would not have had the records sealed.  I'm sure she had good reason to disappear.

  2. Sounds like they don't want you to find them.  You will have to convince a judge that you have an overriding need to know, then petition the court to unseal the records.

  3. No.  That was the point.  She doesn't want to be found.
