How to find a relative in vietnam?

when my father was in vietnam he had a child there but was brought back before the baby was born i want to find the daughter that he never met i dont know if she is still in vietnam or if she is even alive but any advice will help

can't help but i'm pretty sure tat american-vietnamese parent, 90% already went to the state

Walk around or call him/her.

If your father still remembers the place where child's mother is from and her name, you can try to go there and ask.  People there mostly stay in their village/town until death.  Some might remember.
