How to find a slient / unlisted phone number?

Question

Ive lost contact with a friend about 5 yrs ago, I know her address but have forgotten her phone number and her number is silent and unlisted..

I live in Australia btw.

Is there anyway that i would be able to find it?

or who is is the best person to be able to track down this phone number for me?

I know this might take a week and a dollar, but why not write her a card or letter, and ask her to call you?
