Anyone know of anyway to break into the IT industry. I've been in my current field for 13 years and have pretty much been studying constantly toward getting myself better prepared for a job in the IT field.

I've attended ITT tech institute, only to have been forced out due to reason I will not mention here, unable to go back and finish do to my current line of work causing me to relocate frequently.

I am a Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified System Administrator and Systems Engineer + Security yet, I am unable to get anywhere no even so much as an entry level help desk position. I know that I may have to start off at the botton and work my way up, but if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

  1. You should go to the job search web sites to find the job.

    http://in.jobstreet.com/

  2. You are going to have to apply/send your resume out...I am not even out of college yet and already have a job in a helpdesk. Call centers are always looking for help as they tend to have a high turnover rate.

With credentials that you claim to have, getting a job should be a breeze. You might be overqualified for a helpdesk position though being an MSCA
