How to find bus routes from Valencia to Benicarlo, Vinaros or Peniscola on coast of Spain? No luck w websites?

It may be of some use to you. Last year I stayed at Benicarlo and I visited Peñiscola. I have photos on my computer.

There are no buses this way from what I can see online - you would have to take a big tour inland.  If you are set on catching a bus, go to the bus station and ask there.  However, I have found a train route, which takes about an hour and 20 minutes to Benicarlo/Peñiscola.  Here is a link to the timetable:
