How to find forums that allow you to leave a link back to your blog at the end of a post?

Question

I want to leave a link back to my blog when I post on forums, but when I read the rules of the forums, they say no website promoting. Where can I leave links back to my blog? Also, what are some other good ways to get my blog name out and advertise? In case you are wondering, my blog is about mental health. I would like to get my blog up to, about 3,000 page views a day.

Loads of forums allow you to place links to your site in your signature. What you want to find is forums that do not use the no follow attribute

Many forums  do this:

Warriror forum allows. The problem is is that many forum users are only interested in advertising their stuff.  Thats the downfall of using them I guess.
