  1. The only person who can tell you this information is your brother, or his attorney.  There are strict rules against the government revealing this information.

  2. Contact his attorney. His attorney is liable to his confidentiality, but courts date are public knowledge, his attorney can and will tell you that info.

  3. Hello Reina. Call the prison your brother is incarcerated at and ask for the records department. An incarcerated inmate's Estimated End of Sentence ( EDS ) is considered public knowledge and they can give you this date over the phone.

I am assuming other legal issues are present here since you mention his having a court date. Is this secondary charges or a second crime? If this is concerning parole, it is not a court date but a board hearing ( different thing).

Court dates, detainers and ancillary charges are NOT considered public knowledge. They are not allowed to discuss this freely on the phone.

If you can either post an addendum saying what the court date is for or write me, I might be able to give you a better idea of what is going on.

I will check back in a day.

  4. ok he is wrong....you can look online if the jail has it and look under inmates or whos in custody and it will tell you the info that you're looking for. Not all jails offer this online tho...I live in California and not all the jails here have that information.  I work for a bail bonds company and if that doesn't work you can call a bail bonds company and pretend you wanna get him out of jail and they will give the information also.....just call and say you wanna get him out and how much is the bail....when they give you the price say that's alot when is his next court date maybe i'll wait so they can reduce it...and they will tell you!!

  5. The link below is for AZ's inmate locator.  Maybe it will give you the info you're looking for after you put your brother's name in.  Otherwise search the county records where your brother's case is being handled.

    Good luck.
