I dont believe there is a way of finding out ways of Kindergarten exercises you would have to make them up your self. just be cautious of strenuous movements and also remember to STRETCH STRETCH STRETCH!!! i would suggest alot of jumping jumping jumping

We use a program called CATCH Kids, which comes with around 300 different activities for elem school children.

Teach song and movement activities like The Hokey Pokey, Looby Loo, Bend and Stretch, Etc. Activites that also are teaching them to follow directions. I hope that I helped you out.
