Click on "people" and then click on "reverse phone."  It located me by my phone number, so I guess it works...

"hi, what is your name and address?"

It is simple.  Ask the telephone exchange. Ring up inquiry and they will let you know the address and the name of the person in whose name it is registered

If you use the white pages website they have a backward search where you can put in the phone number and get the address

Due to data protection laws you cant get this information.. if you have the persons name maybe you could get their address from electoral roll but not by phone number...
