How to find out how much a company pays its employees?

I have an interview and want to know how much the company pays its employees. This is a big company (Lowes) and the job is for flooring department in a lead postion and I wanna know how much it pays in order to negotiate better

Good answer again is " Ask the Boss". When you interview get the price range of the job and work from there. If you are worth your salt there may be room to negotiate. If there are  other applicants, they may very well tell you to " take a walk".

Just because you know the salary does not put you in a better negotiation position. Lowes is a huge company and that position does not exactly a top notch position.  If you think you can squeeze a higher rate out of them, they will just hire some 19 year old kid to fill the position and will not cry about the pay.
