How to find out how much these coins are worth?

okay so i have these coins they are in a blue book and it says america's first medals united states mint the yr. was thea revolution and coins say 1789 but theres a book with the coins called medals commemorating battrles of the american revolution and trhe book was printed 1973 sum1 please answer!!!

  1. Look on E-bay and see if anyone is selling the same set and watch and see how much they sell for.


  2. Take them to your local coin dealer. They can look it up their books and online. Since they dea with them regularly they are the best help.

  4. You have a set of reproductions of America's first medals that came out for the Bicentennial in 1976. I have seen them for sale from $50 to $90 for the set. Remember they started to get ready for the Bicentennial a few years before it so a date of 1971-1976 would be common on a lot of the medals. They were also sold as individual items. I have some that I bought at an on line auction for $3 each. They are not that rare so finding a buyer may be a problem for they are not coins and are reproductions. Hope this helps.
