How to find out phone number of unknown caller?

I been getting phone calls where it saying UNKNOWN CALLER.

My caller ID is not showing phone number for these.

Is there any other way I can find out who is calling ?

Like through computer or software ?

Here's an odd and dumb answer. Call them back on #69 or what ever you do in your area and ask them what their number is!!!!

you can *69 and get the number if it isn't a computer. That is probably what it is. Some telemarketer. If it is, it won't give you the number. Or if it is an unlisted number, it won't either. don't bother calling the phone company, I had a harassing phone caller once, and they wouldn't tell me who it was, said there was no way to know (I think they were lying).
