How to find out the culprit ?

One particular cell phone is called average 10 times from our office. As we have EPABX its not possible to find out who is claiing that number. I doubt some illicit afair is going on. All the employees are saying he/she does not know. When we are calling this number no one is replying. Can any one give me suggestion for how to trace the culprit ?

since all of ur employees may be sheltering the culprit u may never get to know. so wats imprtant here is to do some lateral thinking.

Try to induct a new employee. This person should win over the trust of all others. but the trick is that this person is ur sleuth (a spy) so you will be getting all the insider information.
