Hey. I was looking to buy a new bass guitar, and was looking at the BC Rich Warlock (Bronze series), but seeing as it's $600AUD, I'm a bit short for cash.
I was looking on eBay, and I saw a bass that is utterly identical to my current Fender Squier Jazz Bass. And it was selling for $1,500 US. Although it was made in the 80's... could this be the reason for its expense, or is that seller just trying to fool people... you know, with the whole "it's a fender, it must be really expensive".
So anyway, to the point... if it could be worth this much because of when it was made, how could I find out when my bass was made?
P.S: My uncle gave it to me, so I didn't pay anything for it.
